Orders are processed through on the conditions that you accept all of the following:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for your order. We strive to ship out all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt, with the exception of weekends, holidays and peak seasons. If your order is placed on a weekend, your order will generally ship on the following Monday or Tuesday. If you place an order on a holiday, it will generally ship the one to two business days after.


The following applies to both in-store and online purchases. We love our gear, and hope you do too. We take great care in providing the best products from the best brands, however if a return or exchange must be made, we ask that you follow a few basic rules as stated below. Thank you for your understanding.



Items must be in original condition as displayed in our store with tags and accompanied by a receipt. Footwear may not be worn outside and must be in the original box.  Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box, this may result in rejection of the return! We do not take returns on hard goods.  Christmas and Special sale conditions exist. Depending on time and time frame

All returns must either have a receipt or we must be able to locate the purchase through our records.

All refunds will be reimbursed in the same tender as the original purchase. 

Shipping costs are nonrefundable, and we highly recommend you use insurance and a tracking number for the return. 

Gift Cards are considered final, and not eligible for return.

Life-protecting and/or weight-bearing equipment (such as ropes, harnesses, and helmets) cannot be returned or exchanged.


We do not offer free return shipping! Please complete the return information on the back of your receipt, or on this downloadable return form. Then include it in your insured package and ship to:

We highly suggest you insure your package and get a tracking number for the shipment. You are still responsible for the merchandise while it is in transit until we have received it at the above address.



Not all items are able to be placed on layaway. Those placed on layaway must be paid off within eight weeks of original transaction. Cancelled layaways will be subject to the greater of a $10 or 10% restocking fee.



Items purchased after November 1st intended as Christmas gifts must be returned/exchanged within two weeks of Christmas (January 8). Returns/exchanges must by accompanied by a receipt, have tags, and be in new condition.



Many of our manufacturers have a standard return and warranty policy which WildCountry is happy to support. For a period of one year,items purchased from us with warranty issues can be brought to our store we will help work with the manufacturer to take care of the problem. A $15 service fee for shipping may apply. Warranty items must be accompanied by a receipt. After one year we will provide the customer with a contact from the vendor to pursue warranty coverage.
